PATIENT RIGHTS

The right to benefit from health services within the framework of the principles of justice and equity.
The right to request information on how to benefit from health services.
The right to choose and change the health institution in accordance with the procedures and conditions stipulated by the legislation.
The right to choose and change the personnel who will provide him / herself with the condition of being in compliance with the procedures determined by the legislation.
The right of the patient to request the order of priority depending on the medical criteria.
(Eg Emergency, Forensic Case, Disabled, etc.)

The right of the patient to be diagnosed and treated according to the requirements of modern medical information and technology.
The right to consent to any intervention on the patient's body.
The right to information about the patient's health status.
The right of the inpatient to read or examine the information written in the patient's file or to examine the expert.
The right to respect the patient's privacy.
The right of the patient to refuse and stop the treatment of the patient, the responsibility for the negative consequences arising out of the statutory conditions.
The right to request security and to be in the health institutions and organizations while receiving health care.

To assist the patient during the examination and treatment; the right to have a companion in accordance with the facilities of the institution and the physician responsible for his / her treatment.
In case of violation of the rights of the patient and the patients related to the patient, they have the right to apply for all kinds of applications, complaints and litigation within the framework of the legislation.
